We offer free one time exchange / $5 handling fee will be charged for returns
within 14 days of delivery within USA domestic orders.
(Shipping fee won't be refunded)
However, International orders return and exchange will be charged with shipping fee of $20-$40 USD depending on the location
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REQUEST RETURN & EXCHANGE
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Non-returnable items
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, accessories, and gift cards.
- Any damages caused by improper care of the product cannot be accepted for returns.
- Once the product is washed, we cannot accept returns.
Exchanges
If you are exchanging your items, please make sure to send back any items you’re exchanging within 14 days to avoid being charged.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
