2. Shipping Methods:

  • We offer standard shipping for all orders. Shipping options and associated costs are displayed during the checkout process.

3. Shipping Times:

  • Standard shipping times vary based on your location. You can find estimated delivery times during the checkout process. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions may impact delivery times.
  • All Pre-Order products will be shipped out within 2 - 3 weeks. 

4. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. The total shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

5. Tracking Information:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the progress of your delivery.

6. International Shipping:

  • We offer International shipping and shipping fee is calculated based on the product weight + location.
  • Free International shipping is available on orders $150+ USD 
  • Customers are responsible for duty tax and fee

7. Lost or Damaged Items:

  • We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@shopeightcats.com We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

8. Address Accuracy:

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address during the checkout process. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
